Feature Friday: Grade One Every morning, we gather on the rug for devotions. We read a story from the Bible or from a devotional book. Then, we pray.  Everybody prays out loud and at the same time. There's many names for this kind of prayer: Raindrop Prayer, Korean Prayer, Guatemalan Prayer. In Zambia, they call it prayer. The students lift up their young voices, but they are anything but little. They pray passionately. Sometimes, I just sit and listen. One time last week, a student began singing "God is so good". One by one, the other students joined in. Since then, the students always close morning prayer with song.
